"Great venue :)"
Witnessed stevie nicks in concert last night: I've been to many concerts, and family arena is definitely one I would go back to. Parking was easy we did arrive an hour early. $10 to park we parked outside of gate 4. You walk thru security in a breeze. Seats were easy to find. Drinks & food... Read More

"Great area for concerts and other events but some improvement is needed"
Went to the Alan Jackson concert there last night. Sat in long lines of traffic for them to get the $10.00 parking fee from you. Biggest complaint is with their parking staff. They charge you $10.00 and go you go in and then it's a free for all, said park where ever you can find a spot.... Read More

"Harder than it should be"
We bought tickets through Groupon and there was only one window open to redeem the Groupon tickets. In turn the line was slow moving and made us miss part of the concert while 3 windows just had people sitting there doing nothing. Not a great way to start the evening.
