Q:

So if it takes 2 days to process does that mean that all the seats that are left now will be sold to others first or if I just bought do they reserve best available now?

Q:

Thank you. So does groupon pick the best seats available or is it cheap seats first?

Simone W.  asked on  Apr 4, 2014

A:

It would be best available.

Q:

So confused. So a GPass doesn't give you a seat assignment?

Simone W.  asked on  Apr 4, 2014

A:

Sorry for the confusion. With a G-Pass™ for a GrouponLive event, there is no need to exchange it for a ticket at the venue, as your G-Pass is actually your ticket. Your G-Pass will include your seating information. Once the deal closes, it will take up to 48 hours for Groupon to obtain your seating information and place your G-Pass in your account. During this time, your G-Pass will show as processing on your "My Groupons" page.
