The Show: The close embrace, the raw feelings, the authentic music, Chiara Ajkun’s Tango Nights tests the relationship between man and woman in all of “it’s complicated”. The fusion of dance, lighting, and powerful music allows the audience to immerse in passion, mystery, seduction, and whimsical acts.
Solos, duets, and the body of dancers working as a whole become organic, and quite extraordinarily, men and women are equal and beautifully magnetic in tango. Tango Nights fully embrace Chiara Ajkun’s lifelong love of dynamic dancing and artistry, elegant beauty, amazing music, and introspective experiences. The New York City Premiere is partially made possible by the Republic of Kosovo - Ministry of Culture, Youth & Sport, and the support of the Coordinating Council of Diaspora, Mark Gjonaj - Chairman.
