What You’ll Do
Between body-image demons and life’s everyday pressures, it’s easy to lose your voice—and your self-love. Enter women’s coach Allie LeFevere, who helps participants shed self-doubt and negative inner voices with an irreverent tone that’s all her own. Allie doesn’t call her celebratory event a workshop, but rather, a “mini-playshop” that encourages vibrant epiphanies and resounding shouts of “Hell yes!”
Learn Concrete Techniques
Rather than incorporating “woo-woo” mantras—her term for abstract ideas and fluffy affirmations—Allie offers tangible, actionable steps that participants can take to love and empower themselves each day.
Listen to Allie’s Personal Stories Self-love and self-worth are at the core of Allie’s philosophy, and in discussing these foundational principles, she’ll illustrate them with her own personal anecdotes and experience with hundreds of private and workshop clients.
Take Inspiration Home
You’ll take home a handout with some of the ideas, exercises and actions discussed in the “mini-playshop.”
All across Chicago, Allie LeFevere is helping women feel more powerful and more beautiful, all with her signature sunny, edgy zeal. In addition to leading workshops of her own, Allie’s lent her jubilant spirit and expertise (she’s got a psychology degree) to publications and programs such as MindBodyGreen, SheKnows, ABC, NBC, CBS, WGN, and You & Me this Morning. Author and wellness activist Kris Carr has applauded Allie’s work, too, but for Allie, the best praise comes from the women whose lives she’s helped change.
