Q:

I'm trying to purchase two balcony packages so my friend and I can sit together, but the interface says that I've reached my purchase limit when I enter the "2" for quantity. How can I purchase this deal for two people? The deal says the limit is 4 people.

Myrna S.  asked on  Aug 17, 2014

A:

Hi Myrna- it may be that there are not enough seats left in the package to acommodate your order.

Q:

I purchased two ticket packages, but there was no option to enter the name for my guest. The rules say that I must show valid ID matching name on Groupon at American Conservatory Theater. But I assume that it is ok if my name is on both tickets?

Melissa  asked on  Aug 16, 2014

A:

Hi Melissa, we will be mailing you the tickets, so there is no need for a separate name. Thanks.

Q:

I'd like to purchase the Mezzanine seats and wonder how the seats are assigned. Of course, I'd prefer middle... are they randomly assigned or do the best possible seats come up for that section as available at the time assigned? Since some of these performances are months away, I'm thinking it is the best possible seats available option.

Ann M.  asked on  Aug 16, 2014

A:

Hi Ann, The seats are assigned on a best available basis. Enjoy the shows!

Q:

Hi! This looks like a great deal. Can I exchange a ticket from the Christmas Carol for a different play and take a friend? I'm going to be out of town during a Christmas Carol. Thanks!

Letha C.  asked on  Aug 10, 2014

A:

Hi Letha, Thank you for your question. it is not possible to change from one show to another. you may want to think about "gifting" your Christmas Carol ticket to a friend.

Q:

Hello, I'm not sure what a "Four-play subscription for one, including Old Hats, Testament, A Christmas Carol, and Indian Ink" means. Do you get tickets for all 4 of the plays or just one for $40 balcony seats? Thank you, Susie

Susie C.  asked on  Aug 9, 2014

A:

Hi Susie, You will be getting a ticket for each of the plays listed. Thank you and enjoy the shows!

Q:

Hello! I just bought two ticket packages for Mezzanine seating and was wondering if I will be sitting next to my guest? My receipt did not say where in the Mezzanine section our seats will be and if we are next to each other. Also, how would I go about changing my ticket dates if I needed to? Thanks!

Christy S.  asked on  Aug 8, 2014

A:

We're excited to have you join us this season! As long as you have purchased the two tickets in the same order, you will be seated together. You will not know your exact seat locations in the Mezzanine until you receive your tickets in the mail, which will be around the beginning of September. Groupon Subscrbers will be able to re-schedule their tickets to any other date within the dates made available to the Groupon offer. When we mail your tickets there will be an insert with calendars and rescheduling information included in the packet.
