Q:

I want to buy two series and be seated together. The limit is four. I was told that I could only buy one?

Carol K.  asked on  Aug 5, 2013

A:

Hi Carol, The option you have chosen may be close to sold out which is why you would be limited to only one order even though the limit is 4pp.

Q:

1, 3 of the 4 dates work great for me. Can I exchange the one date that doesn't work? I don't mind paying an additional cost. 2. I'm fussy about my seats--in that I'd like one to be an aisle. Can I request that and, if so, how? Thank you.

Bob A.  asked on  Aug 5, 2013

A:

There are actually free ticket exchanges as part of this offer, so you should be good!

Q:

Do you have a decent selection of mezzanine seats available for the Sunday matinee performances?

jm  asked on  Aug 5, 2013

A:

Seating is automatically assigned--as long as an option is purchasable, there are seats available.

Q:

Are any of the dates afternoon matinees on the weekend? What does "price may vary on the day on the performance mean? Thank you.

Robin M.  asked on  Aug 5, 2013

A:

It will list "matinee" in the option if it is a matinee. "Price may vary on the day on the performance" means that we based the value of the offer on current ticket prices. If tickets prices rise or fall in the interim, you may find the discount this offer provides may be greater or less than stated depending on the final ticket price. Regardless, you will not be charged any more or refunded the difference if the price fluctuates.
