The Scouting Report

During each of the past three seasons, the American University Eagles have been a force at Bender Arena. In fact, two years ago, they nearly went undefeated in front of home fans, compiling a 13-1 record in the process. This November and December, the Eagles soar into a new campaign with three home games against non-conference foes. The team will follow the lead of new head coach Mike Brennan. He plans to showcase a new offense and the team’s ability to drain three-pointers. <p>
