Colonel Chris Hadfield

Colonel Chris Hadfield spent five months orbiting Earth aboard the International Space Station. There, he not only conducted physics experiments and probably hummed “Rocket Man”—he tweeted as well. Hadfield’s short musings, breathtaking photos, and educational videos caught the attention of noted Earthlings— including Queen Elizabeth and William Shatner—and he soon had more than one million followers. Once he re-entered the atmosphere, he published An Astronaut’s Guide to Life on Earth, as well as You Are Here: Around the World in 92 Minutes, a photo essay of images he captured in space. Hadfield now takes the stage for a live multimedia event, sharing his extraplanetary explorations through story, song, dance. A 30-minute Q&A session follows his 60-minute presentation.
