- Your reservation time is the earliest you can enter. Tickets are valid to scan any time after your set reservation time begins on that day.
- For General Admission Tickets: To change your date or time of visit, you can make a new reservation at https://pacific.to/reservations. This ticket will scan at your new time and/or date.
- General Admission tickets are valid for a year from purchase date.
- For Special Promotion tickets valid after 3pm: To change your date or time of visit, you can make a new reservation at https://pacific.to/reservations. This ticket will scan at your new time and/or date. Make sure your new reservation is after 3 pm as the ticket will only be accepted after 3 pm on the day of the new reservation. Ticket changes are valid for dates on/before 12/31/2025 only. Ticket has no value after expiration.
