Arco Tsunami Festival
The Festival: A two-weekend festival that celebrates spectacle-based arts (think acrobatics and cirque performance), where performers and spectators alike can brush up on their skills and drop their jaws.
The Main Event: The closing event includes the Global Stilt Congress’s enactment of The Legislation: Food and Shelter. During this performance, a group of accomplished stilters create a site-responsive performance through the architecture of Arcosanti.
Arcosanti: Paolo Soleri began construction on this experimental town in 1970. His aim was to blend architecture and ecology to demonstrate how urban living could thrive while minimizing impact on the environment.
