Arthouse Film Festival

The Arthouse Film Festival has hosted 1,585 movie premieres with 1,022 live guest appearances over the past 22 years. These guests have included Oscar winners and nominees Danny Aiello, Jesse Eisenberg, Ethan Hawke, Melissa Leo, Viggo Mortensen, and Aaron Sorkin. Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Mary Stuart Masterson, Kevin Smith, and many others have also stopped by to share their filmmaking insights. Schindler's List, The Shawshank Redemption, Pan's Labyrinth, and The King's Speech stand among the films that have received world, American, or New Jersey premieres at the festival.

While the 2013 lineup has yet to be decided, films under consideration include Steve McQueen's 12 Years a Slave with Brad Pitt; Nebraska, the Will Forte-starring film from director Alexander Payne; and Costa-Gavras' Capital, with Gabriel Byrne.
