Q:

I want to buy two tickets for my mum to go and take a friend - I do not want to go. Can these be gifted and both seats be in my mother's name? I do not want them to be in my name whatsoever.

Kelly U.  asked on  Sep 6, 2012

A:

Sure thing! You can purchase these Groupons as gifts.

With a G-Pass™ for a GrouponLive event, there is no need to exchange it for a ticket at the venue, as your G-Pass is actually your ticket. Your G-Pass will include your seating information.

Once the deal closes, it will take up to 48 hours for Groupon to obtain your seating information and place your G-Pass in your account. During this time, your G-Pass will show as processing on your "My Groupons" page.

To print your G-Pass, go to http://www.groupon.com. If you are signed in, you will see your name at the top of the deal page. If you don't see your name, click on the link that says "Sign In" on the right side of the page and then enter the email address and the password you gave us when you made your purchase. If you forgot your password, you'll be able to reset it there.

Once you are signed in, place your cursor over your name and your account menu will drop down. Click on the "My Groupons" link to access your G-Pass. If you purchased your G-Pass as a gift, it will be under the "My Gifts" tab.

Most of the venues that host events featured on Groupon are handicap accessible. Before you purchase tickets to any event, contact the venue to verify if all the tickets being offered through Groupon will meet your specific needs. All venues are happy to accommodate anyone with a disability but we still recommend verifying specifics before purchasing any ticket. You can reach out to them directly at Thanks for your interest!

You can see the schedules by going here and clicking on your location of choice. Hope that helps!

. Thanks!

Q:

1) prices may differ on day of event ? - does that mean there is a chance I will have to pay more on the day of the concert? 2) how do I know what row my seats will be in? 3) am I guaranteed a seat?

Tracy J.  asked on  Sep 6, 2012

If you purchase through Groupon no you will not need to pay anything more. Groupon has a specific number of seats in specific sections, you will be guaranteed a seat. The venue will direct you to your seat when the voucher is scanned
