Hi Patti!
Magic Passes grant access to a special 30-minute exhibition of tricks and hands-on basketball fun with the players from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.; pass holders also get the chance to meet the Globetrotters and their mascot, Globie, and to collect autographs.

More Questions and Answers

Q:

Hello, I am he same person that asked about the 2 year-old previously. While I was awaiting your reply, I became nervous that the groupon was selling out, so I decided to call the venue directly. I was told by the box office that a 2 year old does not require a ticket and would sit on my lap. So, I purchased three groupon tickets (with Magic passes) for myself, my husband, and our older son. But now today, I see your reply that our youngest would need a ticket. I am confused and worried that we will have problems when we arrive for the game.

Shannon M.  asked on  Jan 2, 2013

A:

Hi Shannon
I found that information directly on their FAQ page. If there policies have changed, the venue would have this information.
If you need any further assistance, please reach out to our Customer Service department at support@groupon.com and we'd be happy to help you!

Q:

It was mentioned that the Magic passes grant a 30 minute exhibition between 12:30 and 1:00pm or between 5:30 and 6:00pm. Being that the show is scheduled for 7:30 and I am coming from a distance with a 6 yr. old grandson, would it be possible to attend the 6:00pm exhibition?

BRUCE C.  asked on  Jan 1, 2013

A:

Hi E. B.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for ticket holders and 5:30 p.m. for ticket holders with a Magic Pass. Magic Passes grant access to a special 30-minute exhibition of tricks and hands-on basketball fun with the players from 6 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Q:

It is hard to determine from the general seating diagram where the seats are. For instance, in section 106, are the actual seats toward the front or toward the back and how far is that from the actual playing floor? Are the best seats assigned on a 1st come, 1st served basis so I better make a decision soon?

BRUCE C.  asked on  Jan 1, 2013

A:

Hi E. B.
Seats are assigned with preference given in order of purchased.

Q:

Hello, Can you tell me if our 2 year old who would definitely sit on my lap would need his own ticket? THANKS!

Shannon M.  asked on  Dec 30, 2012

A:

Children two years of age and older must have a ticket. All children that are under two years of age may enter without a ticket but must sit on a parent/guardian’s lap.

Q:

Would I be able to get in the handicap section, if I were to purchase these tickets? That is the only way I could go see them "play". Thank you, Happy New Year, Jennifer

Jennifer S.  asked on  Dec 28, 2012

A:

Hey Jennifer. We always try to feature GrouponLive events that can accommodate handicap seating. To ensure arrangements can be made that fit your needs, I recommend contacting the venue directly at (401) 331-6700 and mentioning Groupon.
