Q:

Hi, I'm going to try my luck here and ask.. will there be any meet and greet session with fans prior to the event? :)

Joy C.  asked on  Nov 4, 2012

A:

I'm sorry you missed out on this deal!

There are a few reasons why we may limit the number of Groupons available on certain deals, but generally it's to ensure a high quality of service for Groupon customers. Businesses want to be able to provide the full service you deserve within the time frame the Groupons are redeemable, making the Groupon experience as great as it can possibly be.

I'm sorry this one sold out so quickly! I hope this helps explain the situation.

Q:

Why can you not use the Groupon app to present the coupon? I do not own a printer and it is a big inconvenience to print tickets.

Graham C.  asked on  Nov 4, 2012

A:

Live events often have different methods of redemption. This arena has requested paper copies for organization. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Q:

What does this mean: "Discount reflects Live Nation's current ticket prices - price may differ on day of event." I find this confusing... The deal is to pay $33 per ticket - does this mean I might possibly pay $33 per ticket through groupon and then when I go into the venue be asked to pay extra? Please confirm what this sentence means. Thanks you.

Debra A.  asked on  Nov 4, 2012

A:

Sorry for the confusion! You will not be asked to pay any additional price after purchase of the Groupon. Sometimes shows are discounted closer to date of the event. Although a ticket is currently valued at C$64, it may lower. However, paying C$33 is still a significant deal!
