Singing while dancing and harmonizing is difficult to pull off, just like rubbing your head while patting your belly and maintaining your dignity. Catch an awe-inspiring act with this GrouponLive deal for one G-Pass to see New Edition at UIC Pavilion. For $36, you get one ticket for reserved seating in section 206–212, rows F–J on Sunday, June 10, at 7:30 p.m. (up to a $71.29 value, including all fees). Doors open at 6 p.m. Because the ticket is a G-Pass, Groupon customers can use it to enter the venue directly; they will not need to redeem their Groupon at will call.

Before Bell Biv DeVoe warned that girl was “Poison,” Johnny Gill “Just Got Paid,” Ralph Tresvant boasted his “Sensitivity,” and Bobby Brown declared it was “My Prerogative,” all six new jack swingers strutted across stages as teen sensation New Edition. Fully reunited and dressed to the nines, the soulful sextet packs the stage with decades of accumulated Top 10 classics and smooth dance moves. The nearly two-hour set spans the group’s entire career, from falsetto-laden classics such as “Candy Girl” and “Cool It Now” to later hits such as “If It Isn’t Love,” all mixed with stacks of tracks from their successful solo careers. This tour finds them putting on a show that's "loose, fast-paced, high-spirited, loaded with hits and personality, and thoroughly entertaining," according to the Newark Star-Ledger review of a recent concert, bringing to life a catalog of songs that sticks to ears like honeycomb earmuffs.

Due to security restrictions, G-Passes must be printed out and presented in person at the event. They cannot be redeemed through Groupon's mobile app.

Customer Reviews

The parking situation made a lot of people kiss a lot of the show. People were still walking in during the second act. They had great performers though. It was an excellent lineup!

Great comedy line up! Wish I could have had better ( closer ) seats. Venue was easily accessible via train.

The venue was less than perfect but most of the talent was on target. Label was truly the star as billed but several other comedians were excellent. I needed a good laugh and was not disappointed.
