Wine is made from grapes that have been mashed and left to age, which is why the poets have dubbed it "the hamburger of beverages." Live a refined life with this GrouponLive deal to the Wine & Food Festival at Meadow Brook Music Festival in Rochester Hills. For $16, you get one G-Pass for general admission on Saturday, August 25, at 1 p.m. (up to a $32 value, including all fees). Because the ticket is a G-Pass, Groupon customers can use it to enter the venue directly; they will not need to redeem their Groupon at will call. Admission is free to those younger than 21, and designated-driver tickets, which include two soft drinks, are regularly $10.

Meadow Brook Music Festival’s 12th annual Wine & Food Festival introduces guests' palates to more than 150 wine varietals bottled at vineyards from across Michigan and around the globe. Armed with a complimentary wine glass, guests make the rounds for included samples of chardonnays, merlots, sparkling wines, and other potions. Food vendors dish out samples as well, and sommeliers lead enriching seminars on pairing wines and correctly pronouncing “sommelier.” Live music soundtracks the event while glass blowers and other exhibitors show off their art in demonstrations.

Due to security restrictions, G-Passes must be printed out and presented in person at the event. They cannot be redeemed through Groupon's mobile app.
