About Augusta on Ice
For 50 days a year, the Augusta Common's balmy landscape transforms into a winter wonderland. Twinkling fairy lights and festive decorations pepper the snowy scene, creating a convivial atmosphere that rings in the holiday season as families enjoy cold-weather activities.
- Glide on the Ice: Families zip and twirl atop an expansive ice-skating rink as live bands provide a merry soundtrack.
- Visit North Pole Residents: Santa himself poses for selfies with attendees, and his helpers skitter to and fro in the Elves Lounge.
