When Bambi Ghosh was growing up in Calcutta, she worked as a sous-chef for her father and grandmother, absorbing the principles of traditional Ayurvedic cooking. Years later, while working at the University of Chicago, she delved back into the culinary arts, calling on her childhood experiences as she explored increasingly complex dishes. Since then, she's made it a hobby to share her passion for Ayurvedic cuisine, vegetarian cooking, and the use of organic, non-GMO food.
