Beachside BBQ is a carnivorous foodie dream come true. It tops off the 17th Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival and will take place on February 25, 2018, beachside behind The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach. There, under signature white tents, over 30 finest chefs, invited by the Food Network personality Michael Symon, will be grilling a profusion of mouth-watering options. Their samplings will include various meat-based choices, from beef to pork to poultry, accompanied by a wide array of wines and spirits and upbeat tunes.

In the years since it was founded, the Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival has grown into a five-day destination event featuring some of television’s best-known chefs and eaters. Benefiting Florida International University’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, the lineup always offers tons of educational seminars, tastings, demos, and dinners—and this year is no different. From February 21–25, the beach sizzles with celebrities such as Anne Burrell, Guy Fieri, Bobby Flay, Giada De Laurentiis, and Kristin Cavallari.
