Very blurred view from inside the bus and no explanation of the tour. The view from the top level was good.

Ok experience. Would rate 3.5 if possible. No wifi on busses despite being advertised as having it. One bus had no working AC on the lower / inside level. The lower level windows are very difficult to see through due to the coatings/‘adverts’ on the outside of the bus. It is a shame they do this as it greatly reduces the experience for anyone sitting downstairs.

Less than one star. Very rushed & rude.
It’s almost as if you’re doing a disservice by booking and wasting their time. Everglades tour was a complete waste. Do not recommend & wish I could get a refund of both time and money.
