We had a great experience. They picked us up from our hotel on time. We had a stop at a McDonalds to pick up coffee and snacks for the bus ride to the keys. The tour guide narrated in English and Spanish all the way up. We did get traffic and have to take a detour which put us about 40 min behind schedule but the guide informed us immediately and assured everyone that once we get to Key West we would have 6 hrs to explore, we would not loose any time. One person had a tour sched that he was going to miss, the tour guide called and arranged the time for our arrival. So they did make it comfortable. Before stopping he did give us all maps and explain the main streets and sight seeing points. On the way back it was a quiet ride as most people slept.

Redeem your ticket with any Big Bus representative or driver at Bayside Marketplace (333 Biscayne Blvd). Night Tour departs at 8PM and is not a hop-on hop-off tour. Adult tickets are valid for customers 13 and older, child tickets are valid for customers aged 3-12. Children aged 2 and under enjoy free admission.
