• Departure: One departure daily at 6:30 PM from Stop #1

• Note: The Sunset Tour is a non-stop tour and does not offer hop-on, hop-off service.

• On July 4th, the last Day Tour bus leaves at 4 PM. On Sundays, Stop #10 is closed—use Stop #100 at Lincoln Way & 9th Ave instead.

Yes, Big Bus offers multi-day tickets that allow you to enjoy the city over several days.


Can I change the date (and time) of my bus tour?
With a 'fully flexible' ticket, you can change your tour date or time anytime at no extra cost. If your ticket isn’t flexible, you can still change the date for a fee or upgrade to a flexible option. Just contact us before your scheduled tour, and we’ll handle the rest.


Are accommodations available for persons with disabilities?
Yes, we have some wheelchair-accessible buses with ramps (up to 650 lbs), but not all vehicles are equipped. For ADA access or other accommodations, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Note: Upper decks aren’t accessible, and some landmarks may not be ADA-friendly. Voicemail requests aren’t confirmed bookings.
