CabaRAE

The last three letters of CabaRAE stand for “random acts of entertainment,” and the performers more than live up to that open-ended parameter. Host Manuela Horn, who tellingly goes by “The Yodeling Dominatrix,” opens the show, but even if she wasn’t a dominatrix, a yodeler, or a “the,” audiences would remember her for her seven-foot frame. Comedian Peter Pitofsky shares the hosting duties, ducking in and out of the crowd with pranks, one-liners, and antics that bend his spine and drop the audience’s collective jaw. Aside from the emcees, the show itself might feature veteran trapeze artists from Cirque du Soleil, a pole-dancer who doesn’t restrict her feet to the ground, and a three-time Guinness World Record-holding hula hoop artist.

Customer Reviews

Finally Hawaii has a variety act to truly excite the senses. The "Cirque du Soleilesque" touch puts this act well above other local options. Wonderful costumes and acts makes this a magical experience. A must see for visitors and kamaaina!
