About Canada's Wonderland

When Canada’s Wonderland opens its gates for the 2019 season, the park’s skyline will be forever transformed by Yukon Striker – the longest, fastest and tallest dive roller coaster in the world. Situated in the newly themed area Frontier Canada, Yukon Striker will be the country’s first dive coaster and the park’s 17th coaster, placing Canada’s Wonderland among the world’s top three amusement parks with the most roller coasters. In addition to Yukon Striker, the park’s selection of 70 rides is one of the largest in North America. Younger visitors can check out KidZville and Planet Snoopy, each packed with bite-sized rides and family-friendly entertainment. Those looking to cool off over the summer can don their swimsuits and head to Splash Works Waterpark with over seven million litres of heated water fun spread out over 20 acres. Check out the Plunge, Supersoaker, Lazy River, Pumphouse, and one of Canada's largest wave pools. Special events and live entertainment fill the calendar throughout the season, including Brew and BBQ, KidZfest, Ultimate Thrills Circus and new this year Tundra, a Cirque Experience.
