Captain Rick and Fatu were amazing. I highly recommend the morning tour to beat the rush, sun, and waves. We were in and out of Kealakekua Bay before all the big tours arrived. They had drinks, chips, and fruit for us after snorkeling. We got to zip around in the speed boat after and see some epic sights along the coast. This was a no-frills kind of adventure and they rightfully warn against neck/back injuries & pregnancy because it can get a bit wild out there! Had such a blast and will remember this excursion for a lifetime.

The experience was great! Really great snorkeling...lots of coral and aquatic life in very clear water. The boat ride was physically demanding (a choppy water day) and left us a bit sore, but they make that very clear on their signage. Seriously, reconsider if you have back, hip or tailbone problems. Devante and Marco were excellent hosts, and the excursion was family friendly for our kids 10, 13, 16, 18. I would be concerned taking a child any younger, because of the rough boat ride. The lunch was a simple turkey sandwhich, chips and Famous Amos cookies...but good. They made a gluten-free sandwhich for my daughter and me. Overall, my family found it exhilarating and made some great memories. Thanks, Captain Zodiac!

Amazing experience!!! Even in post-storm weather. Nick and Brenna were great guides and captain/first mates. They helped take care of our kids and made everyone feel safe. 100% recommend.
