• Departure times: every 30 minutes starting at 6pm - 9pm.
• Departure location: 1 Austin Terrace, Toronto, ON M5R 1X8
• Entrance is on the southwest corner of the property at Davenport Road and Walmer Road
• Transportation: Paid parking is available at George Brown College (south of Casa Loma off Macpherson Avenue). Limited paid parking is available at Casa Loma, subject to availability.
• No outside food or beverage allowed. Guests can purchase food and beverage onsite.
• Rain or shine event, takes place primarily outdoors.
• Age restrictions: Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
• Available dates: December 13 through 16
• The tickets are valid only for the date and time indicated on purchased voucher. Hourly attendance is limited for safety reasons.
• Safety measures:
  • Physical distancing: guests must maintain a distance of 2 meters (6 feet) from others except for the family members they live with throughout the attraction, including in queue lines, in exhibits, and in restrooms.
  • Guest screening and contact tracing: guests must complete a screening and contact tracing form upon arrival. Their contact information will be kept for 30 days for potential COVID-19 contact tracing.
  • Guests who are not feeling well are asked to say home; they can exchange their tickets for a new date (dates through December 16 available).

Holiday Lights Tour at Casa Loma

With a holiday lights display, Casa Loma gives whole families a chance to get into the festive spirit. Guests can walk through gardens and tunnels filled with magical light displays and decorations as wall as see live performances. To make sure everyone feels safe, the organizers put multiple preventative measures in place, including social distancing and contact tracing.
