How can I purchase 2 tickets to ensure that the seats will be together since each one has to be purchased separately?

I have purchased 4 vouchers together. if i give my ID to my friends, can they redeem the ticket for myself (since I will be off work late) or they have to wait for me to be there in person?

A:

The name on the Groupon must match the name of the person claiming the tickets at the venue’s box office.
If you purchased this Groupon and are unable to attend this event, please let us know the name of the person who will be redeeming the Groupon instead. If we have this information at least 24 hours before showtime, we'll be able to change the name on the Groupon for you.

I have purchased 4 vouchers, how do I find out all seat numbers? If it is from the box office when I exchange my tickets, can I redeem the tickets in advance instead of 1-2 hours before the show time?

Q:

As per your answers above "....the seats are assigned based on when you purchased your Groupons....", does that mean the sooner I've bought my Groupon, the closer to the stage my seat will be ? In other words, does that mean each Groupon has been assigned to a specific seat already ? I'm thinking even if I go earlier to redeem my ticket with my Groupon at the theater on the show date, will it help me get a better spot ? Or will there be a chance to choose which seat if I redeem my Groupon earlier on the show date ?

There are several factors that determine which seats are assigned. However, in general, the sooner you purchase your tickets, the better they will be. You will not be able to select your specific seat.

For this event, the seats are assigned based on when you purchased your Groupons. If you purchased your Groupons at the same time, you will be sitting together. Just bring your Groupons to the box office and they'll exchange them for your tickets.
