A Guide to Game Day at United Center

• Take the CTA #19 Express Bus: It only runs on game days and service begins 90 minutes prior to tip-off. You can board at stops starting southbound on Michigan and Randolph, but connections are also made with Metra Trains at Millennium Station, Ogilvie Center, and Union Station. If you miss the Express Bus, no worries—the #20 westbound will get you there, too.

• Make sure you’re properly fueled by stopping at Park Tavern. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around United Center, but none have Park Tavern’s animal tots—a succulent pile of pulled pork, cheese curds, grainy mustard, fried egg, and home-style gravy made with beer. Plus, a free shuttle service will take you to and from games.

• Skip the concession stand lines by downloading the United Center app. With this, you can place orders at select concessions around the stadium. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready, at which point you’ll be able to use a designated pick-up lane to grab your eats.
