Went with the Fireboat tour because it fit our schedule best. Opted for the 1.5 hr lake and river tour and it was well worth the price. Paid around $25 pp after promo which I could not find much cheaper anywhere else. This tour starts out in Lake Michigan by River Walk which was a very nice scenic walk from North River, where we stayed. Other boat tours start right at the river so if that may be of importance to you if you don't want to walk. Our guide Austin was friendly, informative and had a nice sense of humor. We felt very comfortable. Oddly enough, as we walked back to our hotel after our tour, we passed a competitor tour boat and we heard the guide giving out directions in a rather stern voice, NO CELL PHONES, NO THIS, NO THAT...we laughed and said luckily we didn't go on that tour.
