If it takes 48 hours to process and find out where the vendor selects seat locations how is it logical to cancel by midnight the day of purchase if not satisfied? Don't we have to see our seat location and make sure its not back row or limited view or obstructed view before we decide its not a viable groupon purchase? Shouldn't the cancellation coincide with the knowledge of seating location? Should seats be listed either before or immediately after purchase to help in the final decision?

Once the deal closes, it will take up to 48 hours for Groupon to obtain your seating information and place your G-Pass in your account. During this time, your G-Pass will show as processing on your "My Groupons" page.
