The staff on the vessel were very knowledgeable and made a great effort to find whales. We saw lots of dolphins, seals and several whales. The naturalist on board gave us lots of information on whale and dolphin habits and answered all our questions. It was nice that it was a small group so we did not block each other at all. Would love to return!
During the trip on the Southern California waters, guests can spend time admiring picturesque views and catching fish, such as bass or tuna

- 15- to 20-pound test line and a mix of hook sizes including 1, 2, 1/0, and 2/0, as well as a mix of 1/8-ounce to 8-ounce weights
- Fishing license required on the fishing boat (if clients do not have one, it will be available for purchase)
- What you might catch: bass, yellowtail, mackerel, assorted rockfish, halibut, barracuda, bonito, and tuna
- Where you?ll fish: waters outside Dana Point Harbor
- Food: At the snack bar: beverages, snacks, and hot sandwiches available for purchase
