What You'll Do
From sewing to stamping to beading, there's a world of artistic possibility within a single piece of leather. Within his cozy home, master leather crafter Daniel Wright introduces you to the textile art form, and he shows some of his own handcrafted pieces to help spark your creativity. You'll enjoy coffee, espresso, and snacks before you head to the workroom to select a color of leather for your snap wallet. Daniel then helps you cut, punch, and hand stitch your own, one-of-a-kind leather wallet.

Master Leather Crafter
Daniel Wright didn't plan on a career in leather crafting. When he bought a sewing machine seven years ago, his plan was simply to repair some vintage jackets he'd collected. But his technical background helped him quickly master the machinery, and soon Daniel was producing the kind of leather wares and clothing that he wanted to see on the market. Now, more than eight years later, his unique pieces of leather are sold worldwide.
Where You'll Meet
The event will be held at a storefront in Fort Worth's Northside neighborhood.
