What if I purchase the tickets and can't use them, can I change the name to someone else's?

Thanks for contacting us. The name on the Groupon must match the name of the person claiming the tickets at the venue’s box office.
If you purchased this Groupon and are unable to attend this event, please let us know the name of the person who will be redeeming the Groupon instead. If we have this information at least 24 hours before showtime, we'll be able to change the name on the Groupon for you.
