This was a really good experience. The birthday packages are a good deal, as everything is included. We had purchased a kids birthday party package for a 7 year old and my daughter had the best time. It was a Monday night so the gym wasn’t too crowded, the staff was helpful and facility was clean. We had our own party attendant and he helped bring the pizza and sodas and checked in on us several times to see if we needed anything. I’ve been to Defy on the weekend and I’m pretty happy we went with a weeknight party because it can get super busy there. The best part of the party room was how clean it was, and having a safe spot for all the gifts & party stuff and there’s room to relax while the kids jump. I wish I’d known that my rental included the disposable plates, cups, napkins & tablecloth! We brought some but will save it for the next party.
