About Des Moines Menace Men's Soccer

As a member of the Premier Development League, the Des Moines Menace compete against a network of 60 teams across North America, with most matches against rivals from the Heartland Division. The club functions at the entry-level minor-league level of the United Soccer Leagues, and strives to springboard its players into successful careers in the higher ranks. Since its inception in 1994, the Menace have sent more than 25 players to the MLS, and a host of others have appeared for other professional teams. The Menace front office also works to broaden the local fan base by leading road trips to area events and running soccer camps for kids, helping them learn which objects are appropriate to kick.
