Q:

Is the theater wheelchair friendly? My husband is a full time wheelchair user. How is parking around the theater.

Julie  asked on  Nov 18, 2012

A:

Yes, the theatre is wheelchair friendly. There is a lot of indoor parking around the theatre inside in the skyway system. The theatre is at 615 Hennepin Ave between 6th and 7th street. Below is a link that will take you to the parking ramps. http://www.hennepintheatretrust.org/plan-your-visit/map/parking#map

Q:

well I tried to buy 2 as gifts......but this is what is required to complete the sale......."First And Last Name As It Appears On Id Of Person Picking Up Tickets At Box Office (For Example: John Smith): ??? How do I get around that...since they won't have my ID ?? Will I have to go there in person to get them ?? ugh

Eileen K.  asked on  Nov 17, 2012

A:

No, you don't have to go there to pick up the tickets. Buy the tickets using your first and last name. Give the Groupon voucher to the person your giving it to as a gift. Let them know they have to call 612-455-9503 to make reservations. Tell them to let the box office person know it's a gift from you. The person you give the voucher to will have to bring the voucher to the box office before the show and exchange it for the tickets. Just have them tell the box office person the voucher was a gift from you.

Q:

"must provide names at check out"........with Groupon? Can I give them for gifts? and also do I have to decide who to give them to at time of purchase?

Eileen K.  asked on  Nov 17, 2012

A:

Yes, you can give them as gifts. No, you do not have to decide who to give them to at time of purchase. Almost all shows sell out so they should make reservations as soon as possible. Let them know they have to call 612-455-9503 to make reservations. When they make reservations, tell them to let the box office person know the tickets are a gift from you. They have to bring the Groupon voucher to the theatre before the show to redeem it for the tickets.

Q:

It says you can call to book tickets on November 17th... but the phone number on the GROUPON goes to voicemail. No one is anwering. HOW am I supposed to book my 8 tickets together and reserve the only date/time I can use this if I can not talk to a person? The online booking site at the theater also does not accept the GROUPON code... ?????

Andrea M.  asked on  Nov 17, 2012

A:

Please call 612-455-9503 to make reservations. It's assigned seating so this is important to call them first to make reservations. Tell them you have a Groupon voucher. Then bring the Groupon voucher to the theatre before the show to exchange it for the real tickets.
