I'm trying to purchase tickets for the 12/8 at 8pm show, but when I go to the "complete order" button, it is saying sold out. Am I doing something wrong? It is still showing as available when I click on the "Buy" button.

You can edit your purchase (including quantity, billing information, or canceling your order) until midnight the day of the deal, or while the deal is still live.

To change your purchase, please sign into your account at www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, you will see your name at the top right corner of the deal page. Place your cursor over your name and your account menu will drop down for you to access "My Groupons".

From "My Groupons", click on "Edit order" next to the Groupon you purchased. On this page you'll be able to make changes to your order: you can change the quantity, update the billing info, or cancel the order completely.

Q:

The ticket prices for the seats you are selling are $60 if purchasing directly from the Wang. Where does the $73 ticket price come from? Even if you add the $3.75 admin fee that's only $63.75 per ticket? Are we really getting 40% off. Seems more like a 25% discount.

JoJo D.  asked on  Oct 30, 2012

A:

Sorry for any confusion! If you go through the purchasing process on the Wang Theater website, there is actually a $13.25 handling fee per ticket shown on the confirmation page, making the total value $73.25.

Q:

So, if I want 2 tix for 12/9 I can't buy the groupon and wait until 12/9 to go to box office? I have to physically get to box office after 11/20 if I want to guaranty good seat together?

Wendy R.  asked on  Oct 30, 2012

A:

Your reserved tickets will be available for pick up beginning November 20th at noon at the Citi Wang Theatre Box Office. A photo ID is required for pick up via will call. Tickets are available for pick up during their regular box office hours (Tues – Sat; 12-6PM).

Seating is assigned based on ordering information provided by Groupon, so you don't have to worry about picking up your tickets immediately on 11/20. For more information, please see the FAQ by clicking here!

Q:

Do u get to chose the section or are u assigned a section?

sara L.  asked on  Oct 30, 2012

A:

Thanks for the question! You will not be able to choose your exact section or seating assignment when purchasing the Groupon. Instead, you'll receive your seating assignment when you redeem the Groupon at the box office starting on 11/20. Exact redemption instructions will be included on your printed Groupon. Seats will be assigned in one of the following areas; mezzanine section, or rows P–EE, side rows E–O, or box seating in the orchestra section.

Q:

Hi I hoping you can help me . I am interested in Nov 25 show for four. How will I know my seats is there a way to pick them? I plan on bringing my Mother but she will not be able to climb the stairs. So what should I do? Thank you

Darlene w S.  asked on  Oct 30, 2012

A:

Thanks for your interest! In order to receive your tickets after and seating assignment after purchasing the Groupon, you'll need to present your printed Groupon with a valid ID at the venue box office starting 11/20/12 during box office hours, Tue-Sat 12pm - 6pm.

Most of the venues that host events featured on Groupon are handicap accessible. Before you purchase tickets to any event, contact the venue to verify if all the tickets being offered through Groupon will meet your specific needs. All venues are happy to accommodate anyone with a disability but we still recommend verifying specifics before purchasing any ticket.
