Owner, Ellen's Kimchi
There’s a reason Ellen’s Kimchi, an organic, local kimchi brand, has been such a successful endeavor: owner Ellen White creates each product based off her grandmother’s cherished recipe. Fueled with a lifelong love of the delicious superfood, Ellen perfected her own kimchi making and delved into the social, nutritional, and environmental benefits of eating kimchi. For Ellen, sharing her renowned kimchi recipe with others is both a calling and a reward.
