Euphoria Music Festival
The festival features over 70 acts from across the globe, with hip-hop, house, and electronica of all flavors in attendance. Check out the full lineup here, or read on to get a taste of what’s to come:
Friday Headliners
- Pretty Lights Live: Derek Vincent Smith describes his music as “Electro Hip-Hop Soul”, recently introduced Pretty Lights Live to play at multi-day events.
- The Disco Biscuits: This jam band from Philadelphia incorporates elements of rock and electronica and are often described as trance fusion.
- Knife Party: A side project of two members from Australia’s Pendulum, this duo builds frenetic tracks they call “seizure music.”
Saturday Headliners
- Alesso: Alesso, a 21-year old Swedish DJ and music producer, spins signature progressive house tunes such as “Nillionaire” and “Every Chance We Get We Run,” the latter of which was a collaboration with David Guetta and Tegan and Sara.
- Young Thug: This Atlanta rapper, born Jeffrey Williams, earned acclaim from Rolling Stone and Pitchfork for his sing-song-style mixtape 1017 Thug, leading to collaborations with Kanye West and Waka Flocka Flame.
- Post Malone: With his massive, platinum-selling hit “White Iverson,” Post Malone didn’t just arrive on the scene—he shattered it. Soon he was working with the likes of 50 Cent and Young Thug, and having one of his songs featured during Kanye West’s fashion show Yeezy Season 3.
Sunday Headliners
- Wiz Khalifa: From swagger-packed tracks such as “Black and Yellow” to the tender verses dropped on the Furious 7 smash, “See You Again,” this 10-time Grammy-nominated rapper has a roll that can’t be slowed. Expect tracks from his recently dropped LP, Khalifa.
- Moby: a renaissance man who can jump from dance to punk to animal-rights activism within a single track, Moby helped bring electronic music to the mainstream with the albums Play and 18
- Chromeo: Also known as Dave 1 and P-Thugg, and also also known as David Macklovitch and Patrick Gemayel, Chromeo exploded onto the scene in 2004 with a burst of glitter and neon and a distinctly ’80s-flavored take on electro-funk. Expect to hear hints of blue-eyed soul and rock in their danceable jams.
