Q:

I bought two tickets for a date, will my seats be together?

Emmanuel O.  asked on  Nov 7, 2012

A:

As long as you buy all four tickets in the same transaction, the box office will do their best to make sure you are seated together.

With a G-Pass™ for a GrouponLive event, there is no need to exchange it for a ticket at the venue, as your G-Pass is actually your ticket. Your G-Pass will include your seating information.

Once the deal closes, it will take up to 48 hours for Groupon to obtain your seating information and place your G-Pass in your account. During this time, your G-Pass will show as processing on your "My Groupons" page.

To print your G-Pass, go to http://www.groupon.com. If you are signed in, you will see your name at the top of the deal page. If you don't see your name, click on the link that says "Sign In" on the right side of the page and then enter the email address and the password you gave us when you made your purchase. If you forgot your password, you'll be able to reset it there.

Once you are signed in, place your cursor over your name and your account menu will drop down. Click on the "My Groupons" link to access your G-Pass. If you purchased your G-Pass as a gift, it will be under the "My Gifts" tab.

So I get to pick the seats (in the section I select) or are those determined for me?
