I bought tickets to a show for 3/22/13 & my G Pass states available on 3/18/13, does this mean when I get the G Pass I'll have seat assigned already or will I have to call the box office to get my seats?

A:

With a G-Pass™ for a GrouponLive event, there is no need to exchange it for a ticket at the venue, as your G-Pass is actually your ticket. Your G-Pass will include your seating information.

Once the deal closes, it will take up to 48 hours for Groupon to obtain your seating information and place your G-Pass in your account. During this time, your G-Pass will show as processing on your "My Groupons" page.

To print your G-Pass, go to http://www.groupon.com. If you are signed in, you will see your name at the top of the deal page. If you don't see your name, click on the link that says "Sign In" on the right side of the page and then enter the email address and the password you gave us when you made your purchase. If you forgot your password, you'll be able to reset it there.

Once you are signed in, place your cursor over your name and your account menu will drop down. Click on the "My Groupons" link to access your G-Pass. If you purchased your G-Pass as a gift, it will be under the "My Gifts" tab. Your printed Groupon will include redemption instructions.
