Beautiful building and very interesting and diverse exhibitions (4 different ones, beginning of November). Plan around 1h visit.

It is a smaller museum but the experience was wonderful. One exhibit was closed but the ones that were open were moving and impactful. Very safe and everyone followed protocol.

Loved this museum. The exhibits were thought provoking. I especially liked Martin Schoeller photos of men and women that were wrongly accused and were on death row. As you moved around the exhibit you saw a close up and heard their stories in their words. Powerful Loved the beauty of Cooper and Gorfer photos. Andres Serrano- infamous definitely makes you think and reflect on the past.

Loved exploring this museum. Have been a fan of the Stockholm original and this did not disappoint. Thoughtfully curated and creatively and impact fully executed. They take extra precautions to social distance and limit visitors. A must do of NYC museums!

  • The museum is open Wednesday–Sunday, from 11am – 9pm. Admission to the museum is on a timed-entry basis, with an overall capacity limit of 25%.
  • Purchasing a ticket in advance is recommended. Select visit date and entry time upon purchase. If visitors arrive at a date or time other than what is listed on their ticket, Fotografiska will accommodate their admission at the next available entry time (which is typically immediately or next entry time).

Founded in Stockholm in 2010, Fotografiska quickly became an internationally renowned destination for photography.
