What You’ll Do
When asked the secret to perfecting flavorful Indian dishes, The New York Times featured chef and culinary expert Geeta responded, “In India, everything begins and ends with your spice box.” Join her for an immersive experience in Indian cooking, where you’ll learn the cultural and religious contexts for the dishes you prepare and get a chance to investigate the spices in Geeta’s kitchen. Snack on appetizers while you work on vegetarian dishes such as lentils and raita (traditional creamy yogurt with cumin and cucumber), then sit down for a feast of your creations at this BYOB event.
Make a Traditional, Seasonal Indian Meal
Geeta guides you through the process of traditional Northwest Indian cooking as you snack on appetizers and prep several dishes.
Learn the Story Behind the Plates
Discover the difference between Western and Indian cooking, and learn the history of the dishes you create.
Grab your favorite bottle to uncork and savor alongside your meal.
