- Glow Hartford is a timed entry event and is self-guided. There is no limit on how long guests can stay at Glow, though the average guest stays for around 1 to 2 hours. Guests are free to stay and enjoy Glow for as long they’d like!
- You may attend Glow Hartford at any time on the day you purchased tickets for with your Groupon voucher. Please remember that afternoons are the most popular and may be crowded.
- Entry doors close one hour prior to the time listed for event closing each day.
- Offer applies to Adult and Kids' standard admission tickets only.
- Children under age 5 receive free admission.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
