It was a great time to see a wonderful nature, but the entrance fee is pricy, and the service was not as good as the National Park specifically restroom. I know this place is not a national park. Skywalk is too short to walk, and there are too many camera men doing business. We are not allowed to bring my own camera.

If I were able to give a 0-star, I would have done so. I understand each person's experience might vary, but for us, the trip turned out to be a disaster. We purchased the all-in-one ticket that includes general admission, skywalk as well as a meal. I understand it was during the holiday season, but they apparently do not track the number of tickets they sell, nor do they consider the consequence of overselling tickets and not being able to entertain all the customers. So it was in the morning when we arrived at the Grand Canyon West entrance. Remember you are not allowed to drive inside the park. Instead, they put you on a shuttle bus and transport you in front of the skywalk. And that is where the disasters began. We waited in line for about 4 hours to finally board on the shuttle bus and after 5 mins ride, we arrived at the Skywalk. But it was only the start. If you want to enter the Skywalk, that's another 4 hours of waiting in line. Everybody was standing right next to each other and no social distancing measures were implemented. Finally, after 8 hours of waiting in total, when we were finally at the entrance of the Skywalk, guess what? The staff there said they had to go home for holiday dinner and weren't able to entertain more customers. How about the meal? Lining up for another 4 hours to redeem? Not really. They said explicitly that it was overbooked and they stopped accepting any more customers after midday. As you are about to think this is the end of the tragic experience, that is not the end. Now that you are at the Skywalk entrance and after learning you are not able to actually enter the walk, see the view, nor could you enjoy a simple cup of coffee which you already paid for at the restaurant to warm up your body after 8-hour meaningless wait in the chill wind, the only way to get back to the entrance of the park is to line up for the only shuttle bus again. How long was the wait? Another 4 hours! Yes, we spent 12 hours in the park, saw nothing, got nothing but cold and disappointment. Refund? You think too much. Since the ticket was purchased via Groupon, Grand Canyon West refused to do anything but directed us to Groupon. When we reached out to Groupon, the only reply we got was that the ticket was non-refundable and they could do NOTHING about it even though the tickets were not usable at all. Definitely learned my lesson!

Definitely a must do, I'd skip on the skywalk though and the best spot is definitely Guavo.
