Q:

Do you assign my seats according to how early I purchased my ticket? In other words, will I get a better seat if I purchased the groupon early on?

A:

For this event, the seats are assigned based on when you purchased your Groupons. As long as you purchase all of the tickets in the same transaction, you will be sitting together. You are not able to purchase specific seats. Once the deal closes, it will take up to 48 hours for Groupon to obtain your seating information and place your G-Pass in your account.

My daughter is 2. Would I need to purchase a ticket for her? Or are kids age 2 and under free?

Q:

I would like to purchase this deal (globetrotters at US Cell Center) for an auction we are having. I don't know who will win the tickets so I won't have the name of the person. Will that be a problem?

The name on the Groupon must match the name of the person claiming the tickets at the venue’s box office. If you need to change the name on a Groupon voucher for a ticketed event, please contact our customer service team at www.groupon.com/support or (888) 375-5777. Please note that requests to change the name on a ticket will not be honored if they are submitted less than 24 hours before the event.
