Q:

Do you have to go to the box office at the Arena to pick up the tickets? Is there any way to do it online or over the phone? I don't live close so to make a trip out there would be inconvenient.

Jill F.  asked on  Nov 29, 2012

A:

Hi Jill! Yes, you must present your Groupon at the box office in order to receive your tickets. You are not required to do this ahead of time. You are welcome to do it on the day of the game!

Q:

So if I select the $45 price level would I be able to select the specific selection desired when I go to the box office or will the seat assignments be predetermined? When we pick up the tickets are they already determined for us or would we have a say in which specific section we wanted (assuming it is available). Example: If I go to pick up the tickets the first day they become available will I have a good chance on selecting a specific section in the price range purchased? Thanks, AJ

Q:

How will seat assignments work for a given Price level? Would we be able to request a specific section (based upon availability) when we pick up the tickets or will the tickets just be assigned by the box office?

Art T.  asked on  Nov 27, 2012

A:

For $36, you get one ticket for lower-level seating in rows O–R of sections 105, 108, 113, or 116, plus a Magic Pass.

For $45, you get one ticket for seating in sections 8–10, 101, 104, 109, or 112, or in rows DD–FF of lower-level section 102, 103, 110, or 111.

For $55, you get one ticket for seating in any row of sections 8–10, 101, 104, 109, or 112, or in rows DD–FF of lower-level section 102, 103, 110, or 111, plus a Magic Pass.

For $92, you get one ticket for courtside seating in row 2 of section 3 or 4.

Seating will be assigned once you redeem your Groupon at the box office, starting 12/19. You can view a seating chart here.

Q:

How can we buy the Magic pass for two people in our party and just a regular ticket for the other two people and still be able to sit together?

John C.  asked on  Nov 27, 2012

A:

You must purchase your tickets together to sit together. You will need to make two separate purchase if you wish to buy two Magic Passes and two regular tickets. Since you will need to make two separate purchases, it is not guaranteed that your party of four will be able to sit together.

Q:

What is a magic pass?

Eileen D.  asked on  Nov 26, 2012

A:

Hi Eileen! You can find this information in the deal description. I have copied and pasted it below:

"Magic Passes grant access to a special 30-minute exhibition of tricks and hands-on basketball fun with the players 90 minutes before game time; pass holders also get the chance to meet the Globetrotters and their mascot, Globie, and to collect autographs."
