Q:

I did not see pricing for children. I could not imagine that children of certain ages are the same price as adults $32.00. If this is the case, I do believe that the Globtrotters or Wells Fargo needs to rethink this pricing. Please advise before we dicide to purchase or not.

Q:

I don't understand how this works. It says redeemable starting 3/1/12. 1) Does that mean that we have to physically come to the ticket office with id to get tickets or can we call and reserve? 2) Can we choose our seat location? 3) Will there be any additional fees when we get the actual tickets? 4) Do we have to redeem the day of the event?

Samantha W.  asked on  Dec 5, 2012

A:

Hi Samantha
Sorry for any confusion! You will present your Groupon with valid ID at the venue box office window starting on 3/1/13 at 10AM. Avoid the line and pick up your tickets in advance! On the day of the event, enter the venue with your tickets beginning 1 hour before game time.
If you need any further assistance, please reach out to our Customer Service department at support@groupon.com and we'd be happy to help you!
