More Questions and Answers

Q:

Can I buy the tickets to the first option, in section 105-107 and then separately pay for a magic pass to add on to these tickets? We want tickets in this section but also a magic pass too. Thank you!

Jacqueline R.  asked on  Dec 3, 2012

A:

I'm sorry, but a Magic Pass can only be purchased with the price of a ticket. The $35 option would only be valid for the option purchased.

Q:

Is it possible to order the tickets that are $35, for seating in rows 5–22 of sections 105–107 or 116–118 but then add the magic pass when picking them up at the box office or sooner than that? I did see the ones for $38, that included the magic pass, but the seating in section 101 or 122 is worse and I wanted to better seats.

Q:

I still don't understand how the seating is assigned. Is it the people who are purchasing first on groupon getting the best options or the people picking their tickets up the 7th ?? I hadn't planned on picking mine up until the date of the show. Thats why I asked previously at what point the seats are assigned ---- at purchase or when you get to the window? I understand you pick your tickets up at the window but just wondering about the specifics of seat assignment

katie t.  asked on  Nov 30, 2012

A:

Seats are assigned on a first come, first serve basis when redeeming your Groupon at the box office.

Q:

I want to buy this for my son and his daughter do I have to pick them up at the box office? I will not be with them the night they attend how can they show my ID that matches the groupon?

kathy G.  asked on  Nov 29, 2012

A:

Sorry for the confusion! On the checkout page, there will be an "additional information" field where you can enter the name of the person who will be picking up the tickets. You can enter your son or daughter's name in the field instead of your own so that they can retrieve the tickets. They will need to provide a valid ID matching the name that you enter at checkout.

Q:

I want to buy 2 tickets as a gift for my son and grandson (age 5) . How do I assure good seating and that they will be seated together. Not quite sure how to do this. please help.

Mary Ann R.  asked on  Nov 29, 2012

A:

In order to be seated together, please be sure to purchase both Groupons in the same transaction. You'll need to provide the name of the person who will be retrieving the tickets at checkout in the "additional information field". Seating is assigned, and you will not be able to choose your exact seats when purchasing. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Department by clicking here.
