Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

what it the magic pass?

Karyn M.  asked on  Oct 9, 2012

A:

Magic Passes grant access to a special 30-minute exhibition of tricks and hands-on basketball fun with the players from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.; pass holders also get the chance to meet the Globetrotters and their mascot, Globie, and to collect autographs.

Q:

If I buy 2 $34 tix & 2 $56 tix with the magic pass and I buy at the same time will my seats be together?

Linda B.  asked on  Oct 9, 2012

A:

At this time it is not possible to purchase tickets from two different price points in the same transaction. The $34 tickets would have to be in one transaction, and the $56 tickets would be in a separate transaction. Since they would be purchased in two different transactions, they would not be seated together. If you would like all 4 tickets seated together, you will have to purchase them in one transaction for the same option.

Q:

I am a bit confused. If I buy the ticket for $34 dollars, how many people can actually go? The ad says 8/person.

Cheryl K.  asked on  Oct 10, 2012

A:

"Limit 8/person" means that you can purchase up to 8 Groupons total. Each Groupon you purchase will just cover 1 ticket for one person.

Q:

What if we want our two kids to do the meet and greet. Do we as two parents have to buy the $46 tix as well? Or can we buy two for $34 and two for $46?

William J.  asked on  Oct 9, 2012

A:

Thanks for the question! In order to sit together, you'll need to purchase all of the tickets in one transaction at the same price point. If you purchase two tickets at one price point, and two different tickets at another price point, they would need to be done in two separate transactions, and you would not be seated together. I hope this helps clarify!

Q:

I'm confused, I purchase the groupon today but then have to go to the venue before the event to redeem it? I'm getting the tickets for someone as a gift, btw.

Chris G.  asked on  Oct 9, 2012

A:

Thanks for your question! Exact redemption instructions will be included on your printed Groupon. The person redeeming the Groupon will need to present the Groupon with a valid ID at the venue Will Call window to receive their ticket. Be sure to provide the name of the person who will be redeeming the ticket when you purchase the Groupon.
